At Skolrr, most of our products and services are delivered digitally. This policy outlines how and when you will receive access to your purchases.

1. Digital Products & Services

Courses, masterclasses, and events (such as the AI Consulting Bootcamp, Generative AI for Research, etc.) are delivered electronically via email and/or your Skolrr account immediately after successful payment and registration.
You will receive a confirmation email with event details, login instructions, or digital access links within 24 hours of purchase.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting support at info@skolrr.com.

2. Physical Items (If Applicable)

Currently, Skolrr does not offer regular physical products. In case of any limited-edition merchandise, certificates, or promotional materials: Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days of confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability, typically 7–14 business days within India and 15–25 business days for international shipping. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Issues

For digital services, if you face access issues or do not receive your login details, please contact us at info@skolrr.com with your order details.
For physical shipments, damaged or missing deliveries should be reported within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence
