1. Eligibility
  • Students must be currently enrolled in a college/university or recent graduates to participate in student opportunities.

  • Businesses and organizations must provide accurate details when registering on Skolrr.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

2. Use of Services
  • Skolrr provides a platform for competitions, gigs, workshops, and networking.

  • You agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful purposes, misrepresentation, or activities that could harm other users.

  • Content (such as projects, gig postings, or submissions) shared on Skolrr must be original or have proper rights/permissions.

3. Payments
  • Event registrations (workshops, bootcamps, competitions) and digital products require upfront payment.

  • All payments are handled securely through authorized payment gateways.

  • Our Refund Policy applies to all paid services.

4. Competitions and Events
  • Rules for each competition or event will be clearly stated before registration.

  • Participants must adhere to event deadlines, guidelines, and codes of conduct.

  • Skolrr reserves the right to disqualify participants found engaging in misconduct or unethical practices.

5. Gigs and Student Services
  • Skolrr acts only as a platform for connecting students with businesses or individuals.

  • Any contracts, payments, or disputes arising from gigs are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

  • Skolrr is not liable for the quality, delivery, or outcome of student gigs.

6. Intellectual Property
  • All content on Skolrr (logos, materials, event content, etc.) is owned by Skolrr and cannot be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

  • Students retain ownership of their original submissions and projects but grant Skolrr a limited right to showcase their work for promotional purposes (with credit).

7. Limitation of Liability
  • Skolrr provides services on an “as is” basis and makes no guarantees about uninterrupted availability.

  • We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes resulting from user interactions, third-party services, or technical issues.

8. Privacy
  • Skolrr values your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

9. Changes to Terms
  • Skolrr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

  • Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
